Technical Support Annual Contract 

During the first 60 days after receiving Storage Commander, technical support is FREE. You can purchase the technical support annual contract to receive support after the first 60 days.

The Technical Support Annual Contract includes:

- FULL Technical Support (no multi-level service arrangements)
- FREE Product Updates
- FREE Site Map Changes (changes are made directly by a technician!)

Training 

Empower Software Technologies offers training ranging from beginner to advanced. One, two, or three days of training are available at your facility or at our corporate headquarters.

Learn how to maximize the potential of Storage Commander for your facility from its creators.

Training classes include a course syllabus and user manual for each attendee.

All training types provide complete instruction in the use of Storage Commander and any modules that you purchased along with it.

On-site training includes the basic training fee plus any additional expenses that are within reason.

Facility Startup 

Start your facility right with one of our qualified on-site technicians assisting you with your computer, software, and hardware peripherals.  Schedule an appointment with us to fit your timing needs, and let us give you a smooth transition to utilize your new software.

Software Setup 

At Empower Software, we set up Storage Commander so that you do not have to.

At the time of purchase, you will give us your facility specifications through a form that we provide you, and we will setup everything in the software so that when you receive the Storage Commander CD, you will have it exactly how you want it.

All you will need to do is install Storage Commander, and start moving in customers.

If you purchase a computer through Dell using our custom configuration, then they will ship it to our office, and we will install Storage Commander here for you for a minimal fee, so that you will not need to worry about installing Storage Commander, Net Commander, the device drivers (for the camera or the receipt printer), or SC Payment (if you purchased the credit card module).

Database Conversions 

Don't like your current management software and want to switch to Storage Commander?

For a small fee per unit, we can convert your existing software management software to Storage Commander so that you can skip downtime on repetitive data entry. All of your customer's information will be transferred from your old software to Storage Commander.

We can convert from any facility management software, and from generic sources, such as Microsoft Access, Microsoft Excel, or QuickBooks.
